1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the ba999g platform available at ba999g.ws (the "Platform"), you ("the Player", "you", "your") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional rules, guidelines, or policies published on the Platform from time to time.

If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the Platform. ba999g reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2 Eligibility

To register and use ba999g, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. ba999g strictly prohibits gambling by persons under 21 years old.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of ba999g, or an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must not have previously had an account suspended or permanently closed by ba999g due to a breach of these Terms.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You must be of sound mind and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement.

ba999g reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts that cannot confirm eligibility will be suspended pending verification, and any winnings accrued during the period of ineligibility may be voided.

3 Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration

To access real-money games and betting markets on ba999g, you must register a player account. During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid contact method. Providing false information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each individual may hold only one registered account on ba999g. If ba999g determines that a player holds multiple accounts — whether under the same name, device, IP address, payment method, or household — ba999g reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances therein. Players who suspect a duplicate account has been opened in their name should contact support immediately.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. ba999g will never ask you for your password via email, chat, or telephone. You agree to notify ba999g immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. ba999g accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access where you have failed to maintain credential security.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

ba999g may, at its sole discretion and at any time, require you to complete identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or "KYC") by submitting documents such as a copy of your National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued identification, together with proof of address and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC within the time specified by ba999g may result in account restriction or closure.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ba999g accepts deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Available payment methods may change from time to time; the current list is displayed on the Cashier page within your account.

4.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum single deposit amount is ৳100. ba999g does not impose a standard maximum deposit limit, though individual payment providers may apply their own limits. Players may request voluntary deposit limits through the Responsible Gaming tools available in their account settings.

4.3 Own Funds & Third-Party Payments

All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own legal name. Deposits from payment accounts belonging to another individual — regardless of their relationship to you — are strictly prohibited. Where ba999g identifies a third-party deposit, the deposited amount will be returned to the originating payment method and your account may be suspended pending investigation.

4.4 Withdrawals

Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method previously used to make a deposit into the same account. ba999g targets withdrawal processing within 30 minutes during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours, though processing times may vary depending on payment provider systems. ba999g reserves the right to perform additional verification checks before approving any withdrawal request.

4.5 Currency

All transactions on ba999g are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). ba999g does not currently offer multi-currency accounts. Any currency conversion costs incurred by a player's bank or payment provider are the player's own responsibility.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the offer-specific terms, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement. This means that bonus funds (and, in some cases, the deposit amount associated with the bonus) must be wagered a specified number of times before any withdrawal can be processed. ba999g will clearly state the applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

ba999g reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to close a player's account, where ba999g reasonably determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk bets across multiple outcomes to meet wagering requirements, using automated software to claim offers, or any other activity that ba999g determines to be contrary to the spirit of the promotion.

5.4 Modification and Cancellation of Promotions

ba999g reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion has already been claimed by a player, ba999g will make reasonable efforts to honour the claimed offer, except in cases of suspected fraud or abuse.

6 Game Rules & Betting

6.1 Game Integrity

All casino games offered on ba999g use certified random number generation (RNG) technology supplied by internationally recognised game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Spribe, NetEnt, and Microgaming. ba999g does not control, modify, or influence the outcome of any individual game round.

6.2 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets — including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, international fixtures), football, kabaddi, and other sports — are offered at odds determined by ba999g's trading team. ba999g reserves the right to restrict maximum bet sizes on individual markets, suspend betting on specific events, and void bets where an error in odds has occurred. All bet settlements are final once confirmed, except in cases of a manifest error.

6.3 Void Bets

A bet may be voided by ba999g where: the event is cancelled or abandoned without a result being determined; an obvious pricing error occurred; the result cannot be verified to ba999g's satisfaction; or the bet was placed in breach of these Terms. Voided bets are returned to the player's account at the original stake amount.

6.4 Disconnection Policy

In the event of a disconnection during a live game round or an in-play bet, ba999g's system will complete the game round using the last valid game state recorded on ba999g's servers. ba999g does not accept responsibility for losses arising from disconnections caused by the player's internet service provider, device, or network conditions.

7 Responsible Gaming

8 Prohibited Conduct

• Attempting to manipulate, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the Platform's software, infrastructure, or security systems.
• Creating accounts on behalf of third parties, or allowing third parties to use your account.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the ba999g Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, software, and the compilation of the foregoing — is the property of ba999g or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Platform without the express written permission of ba999g. Unauthorised use of ba999g's trademarks, trade names, or branding is strictly prohibited.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ba999g, its directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform. This includes but is not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure.

ba999g's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ba999g makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Access to the Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

ba999g collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. ba999g employs 256-bit SSL encryption and industry-standard security practices to protect your personal information. 12 Account Closure & Termination

12.1 Closure by the Player

You may request closure of your ba999g account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of any outstanding bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable time frame.

12.2 Closure by ba999g

ba999g reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, where ba999g reasonably determines that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or prohibited conduct, or where continued operation of the account poses a risk to ba999g or other players. In cases of confirmed fraud or Terms violation, ba999g may forfeit the entire account balance.

12.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. ba999g reserves the right to apply a monthly administration fee to dormant accounts once the dormancy period has elapsed. Players will be notified by their registered contact method before any dormancy fee is applied.

13 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute between you and ba999g arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation in the first instance. ba999g aims to respond to all formal complaints within 5 business days (Bangladesh Standard Time). If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts applicable under relevant law.

14 Miscellaneous

14.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and ba999g with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and representations.

14.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

14.3 Waiver

ba999g's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision unless acknowledged and agreed to in writing by ba999g.
